Shri Harit S. Mehta (DIN 08687422), aged 60 years, is a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from Mumbai University and Sydenham College and has also cleared 1st Year LLB (Gen) examination from Government Law College, Mumbai (University of Bombay). He possesses long and diverse experience as a SEBI Registered Sub-Broker (for dealing in Shares and Securities). He is the Owner of Monal Investments and is associated with ARJ Securities Pvt. Ltd. as a Sub-Broker since more than 30 Years, with varied clientele business from individuals for transactions in both primary and secondary capital market. Besides, he also provides advisory services to his clients on a regular basis, apart from being an active investor in the market.
He is the member of the Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company. He is not holding any Equity Shares in the Company.
He was appointed as an Independent Director on the Board of the Company on 10th February, 2020 for five years.
In the opinion of the Board, Shri Mehta fulfils the conditions specified in the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder for his re-appointment as an Independent Director of the Company and is independent of the management. Copy of the draft letter of his appointment as an Independent Director setting out the terms and conditions would be available for inspection of the members without any fee at the Registered Office of the Company during normal business hours on working days.
