Stanrose Mafatlal Lubechem Limited – In Liquidation, a substantially owned subsidiary of the Company, had been ordered to wind up by the High Court of Mumbai vide its Order dated June 10, 2011, and the Official Liquidator was appointed to take charge of its assets, bank accounts, books of accounts, affairs, business and properties with all powers under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956.
